Our team

Mora is our developer, and the glue that has been keeping our systems intact since 2024. She is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Based in Brooklyn, Maya has been on the team since 2011. As a Q grader, she works closely in the QC lab and with the sourcing team.

Based in our Brooklyn lab, Erinn manages sample intake and roasting, as well as our sourcing in Vietnam.

Christina is a part-time member of our Brooklyn lab crew, grading green and saturating score sheets with aplomb.

Jake heads up sourcing, spending much of his time on the road chasing coffee harvests and connecting with farmers.

Ben joined the Crop to Cup trading team in 2012 and has lead sourcing efforts in Ethiopia and Kenya and Sumatra.

Taylor leads the team in Brooklyn where he manages contracting, buying and moving coffees from origin to US warehouses.

Asnake, longtime agronomist and manager of farms and coop unions, assists with our logistics and relationships in Ethiopia.

Evelyn, who has bossed the books for a wide variety of enterprises, joins us remotely from NJ and sometimes from Brooklyn.

Our lead traffic manager for the US and Canada, Karla is a certified Coffee Fairy, teleporting coffee from warehouses to roasters.

Joining the team in 2025, Jim manages internal and external communications from his home base in the woods of Vermont.

Moata is an expert in farm management, farmer organization, and QC. He scouts new producers and manages our exports from Ethiopia.

Zac oversees our sister operations at Showroom Coffee, and is our Kaffelogic and Arc Roaster expert.

Dan is the Director of Operations and Head of Quality Control at our Brooklyn headquarters. He also develops sourcing relationships.

Mauricio manages with top organization and efficiency all shipments in and out of Crop to Cup and Showroom's Brooklyn warehouse

Arica leads our team in Shanghai, and brings to Crop to Cup years of expertise with specialty green coffee trading in China.
